Mr Olushola Alao

Olushola Olurotimi Alao is a professional banker of many years’ experience.

He is an Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as well as Member, Chartered Banking Institute, Scotland, UK.

He holds an MBA from University of Ilorin and another from Bangor University, Bangor, Wales. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

He has a knack for helping SMEs develop and grow their businesses to success. This he did for many years working for a number of Nigerian banks.

He currently runs Quiver Trust Limited, a financial services company. He is the Chairman, Board of Directors, Member Board of Governors and co- founder of First Quiver School.

He has attended several trainings both in Banking and Finance as well as in the Education line.

Dr Yele Okeremi

Yele Okeremi is the founding and incumbent Chief Executive Officer of Precise Financial Systems Ltd.

A company he co-founded with a capital of less than $60 in 1994.

He is an Adjunct Professor of Business Strategy at the Nobel International Business School Accra, Ghana.

Okeremi holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland having previously obtained a Master of Applied Business Research from the same institution.

He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (With Economics) from the Obafemi Awolowo University.

He is an alumnus of the Wits Business School, Johannesburg South Africa and Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA where he completed the Owner President Management Program.

He is also an alumnus of INSEAD Fontainebleau, France where he completed the International Directors Program and obtained the Certificate in Corporate Governance.

Prior to PFS, he had a successful professional career at Inlaks Computers before he proceeded to Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) as a Programmer/Analyst.

He was the Chief Information Officer of Industrial Bank as at the time he left for Ventura Savings and Loans Limited as the Head, Systems and Logistics department. He held this position until 1994 when he co- founded PFS with Philip Ayeni, a Chartered Accountant.

As a leading icon in software development in Nigeria, Okeremi is a member of the Presidential Initiative for developing the software industry in Nigeria and has previously served on the board of the Nigeria Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).

He is a past President of the Institute of Software Practitioners of Nigeria (ISPON) having previously served as Second and First Vice President and Chairman Legal and Legislative Committee of the Institute.

As a technology startup advocate supporting the promotion and funding of indigenous entrepreneurs, twice, he served as the chairman of the Local Organizing Committee [LOC] for Demo Africa in 2014 and 2015.

Demo Africa is an initiative of the United States Department of State and Lions@frica to promote innovation in the technology field globally and connecting startup companies with investors.

Dr. Okeremi has a passion for the development of intellectual capital of the black race and continues to advocate his position that irrespective of the conditions of the black man, the black man is by no means inferior in intelligence to anyone else in the world.

Dr Yele Okeremi is a member, Board of Governors of First Quiver School.

Mr Tayo Oyetibo SAN

Mr Tayo Oyetibo is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, a rank reserved for Legal Practitioners who have attained distinction in practice in Nigeria.

He was conferred with the rank in the year 2003. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators [U.K] and the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. He is the Founder and Chief Counsel of Tayo Oyetibo LP,  a multi service  Law Firm with its Head Office in Lekki Peninsula, Lagos.

He is the Founder and Chairman of LAW FM 103.9, the only Law Radio Station in the country devoted to broadcasting socio-legal contents.

Mr Tayo Oyetibo is the Chairman, Board of Governors of First Quiver School.

Mrs Omotola Abiodun Olushola-Alao

Omotola Abiodun Olushola-Alao is the co-founder and School Director of First Quiver School. She is also a member, Board of Governors of the school.

She attained a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry and an MBA degree, both from the University of Ilorin. She further obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the National Teachers Institute, Kaduna. She is currently running another Post Graduate Degree in Education.

Omotola is a confident, goal driven visionary with an exceptional passion for building Godly foundation in children. Since the inception of First Quiver School, her main goal has been to teach good values to the children in her care and further encourage them to create value. She also saddles herself with the responsibility of moulding and educating the ‘whole child’ to be the best they can be both now and in the future.

She is a registered member of Teachers Registration Council of Teachers of Nigeria (TRCN), Association of Private Educators of Nigeria (APEN), National Association of Private Proprietors of Nigeria (NAPPS) and Association of International School Educators in Nigeria (AISEN).

She has also attended several leadership and educational trainings in Nigeria and the UK to pursue her career as an educationist.
